Lucky Tips ~ Weight Loss

I hope you all have gone through Tips for Air Travel, Tips for Bus Travel and Tips for Train Travel. Now i will bring you tips for weight loss.


Now a days all people want to loose weight and bring there tummy in proper shape. But you should remember weight loss can be done with proper care and following strict routine.
I will list few tips which will help you to loose weight.
1. Have Fruits and Vegetables
Fruits and Vegetable are important source of Vitamins, fibers and antioxidants. Having fruits and vegetables everyday fills your stomach and also since they are low in calorie helps you to control your calorie from going high.


2. Do Not Skip Meal
Try to have smaller meals throughout the day this will helps you to keep balance of your calorie intake, maintain sugar and blood level. If you have 2 big meals in a day try to have 4 small meals in a day. Always keep proper schedule of eating.


3. Eat Home Cooked Food
You should try to have home cooked food instead of packaged food or in hotel. you will find having home food helps you to loose weight more than eating outside. And added benefit is home made food is hygenic and good for health.


4. Have Lots of Water
Have atleast 8 - 10 glasses of water in a day. this will help in good circulation of blood and also help you to reduce fats. Water will prevent your body from getting dehydrated.


5. Use Sugar Free
Everyone loves sweet items, but try to avoid excessive sweet items. If possible use sugar free in tea, coffee or any other item.


6. Exercise
Keep daily routine  for exercising. Do atleast one hour of exercise in a day to burn excess calories in your body. Go for morning walk for 30 minutes.


7. Reduce fat Intake
Try no to take more than 20 gram of fat in a day. This will make your weight loss more faster.


8. Avoid Late Night Eating
You should not eat 2 hours before sleeping. if possible have light food in night before sleeping.
